Qualifications

• Experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or related administrative roles.
• Working knowledge of Dispatch and ServiceTitan is required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Phone Coverage & Service Scheduling: answer calls and schedule service visits.
• Lead Dispatcher Backup: provide backup support to maintain scheduling continuity.
• Technician Schedule Monitoring: track arrivals and adjust as needed.
• Follow-Up & Return Visits: schedule follow-ups and ensure completions.
• Technician Communication & Job Documentation: collect and verify job details and notes.
• Daily Invoicing & Month-End Support: process invoices and assist with closing.
• Commercial Refrigeration Coordination: manage refrigeration service needs and priorities.
• Customer Concern Resolution: respond to questions and resolve issues.
• Communication & Coordination: maintain clear cross-department communication.
