The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of customer service or dispatch experience, strong verbal and written communication, and a detail-oriented, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience.
• HVAC and/or food service industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Able to remain calm, clear, and in control under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to service inquiries promptly.
• Create and manage service work orders in the system.
• Dispatch and schedule technicians based on priority and availability.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and follow-ups with customers.
• Coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job statuses.
• Support administrative tasks, including parts orders and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficient service operations.
