Job summary

Packer City International is seeking a Service Director to lead the service departments across five locations in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. You will develop teams, improve operations, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of service management experience, travel 40–50%, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with a dealership management system and Microsoft Office. CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service management experience required.
• Ability to travel 40–50% across Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Proven leadership, team-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service departments across five locations to grow performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer, vendor policies, warranty procedures and standards.
• Review warranty debits outstanding >30 days and coordinate with Service Managers to resolve.
• Stay current on vendor updates, warranty policies, and product changes; attend annual service meetings.
• Ensure service operations comply with OSHA, EPA and local regulations and maintain safe work environments.
• Hold monthly meetings with Service Managers and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Identify and secure new service business.
