Leidos’ Defense Sector is seeking a Service Desk/VTC Technician to support US Army Central Intelligence (G2) at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The role handles IT repair, maintenance, and support for Army MI IT Systems, focusing on quick resolutions and secure VTC coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and JWICS VTC scheduling. On-site support at Shaw AFB is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance in DISS required.
• IAT Level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) or higher.
• Microsoft Windows 10 MCP certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer.
• JWICS VTC scheduling experience.
• 2–4 years of prior professional IT/Help Desk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Power Apps and related services.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and networking infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for end-users, delivering professional technical support and VTC assistance.
• Manage day-to-day help desk functions to ensure prompt resolution of requests.
• Document and improve service desk workflows for efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 hardware, software, and application issues with escalation to Tier 2 as needed.
• Administer user account provisioning lifecycle using SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Provide end-user guidance on Windows, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.
• Deliver troubleshooting and support for VTC/DVTC systems and fix connectivity issues.
• Coordinate secure JWICS Video Teleconferences for mission communications.
