Job summary

TEKsystems in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking an IT Associate II-Service Desk for a permanent hybrid role. You'll handle technical support by phone, in person, or remotely, diagnosing issues and guiding users through fixes.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to work varied shifts, with a weekend/holiday rotation and a 10% bonus potential.

The IT Associate II-Service Desk-Alt Sched role provides technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role responds to customer queries to provide technical assistance. Diagnose computer errors and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
• Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
• Work remotely while working a weekend and a holiday and 10% bonus
