TEKsystems is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Technician to support internal staff in Logan, UT. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot Windows-based systems, and assist with iPad/iPhone support along with hardware upgrades and repairs.

The role requires hands-on desktop hardware setup, inventory control, and coordination with vendors. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Logan, UT with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobile devices (iPad, iPhone).
• On-site desktop support with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide white glove, executive-friendly IT support.

TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to work 100% onsite with one of our clients. You will be taking care of internal employees IT needs, and you need to be someone who’s well versed with MS Windows OS and will be creating and removing users as well as cleaning up user and email accounts. Break fix installing, replacing, troubleshooting, upgrading hardware and software. Troubleshoot iPad tablets and iPhones (smart phone experience) and pretty much all things technically. We are looking for someone who can provide white glove treatment, will be supporting managers and some executives.

In addition, you will be in charge of hardware and software inventory, database maintenance, and reporting, and perform related work as required.

• Orders, delivers, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. '
• Diagnose and resolve end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and network access problems.
• Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC equipment and peripherals not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs, and switches

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, UT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
