Job summary

Connexus Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for end-user technical support, resolving issues efficiently. This remote-friendly role operates Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm CST with on-call rotation about one week every six weeks.
