The position emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and collaboration with BT teams to improve service delivery. The role requires 1+ year of service desk experience and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT service desk troubleshooting experience.
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong time management and work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Senior Service Desk or Tier 3 teams as needed.
• Maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content.
• Support remote and on-site users while meeting SLAs.
