Job summary

You will perform IT support tasks using SCCM/SMS, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory, while delivering strong customer service and troubleshooting across networks.

Two positions are available; candidates with 1.8 years IT, 4 years SCCM/SMS, 4 years PowerShell, and 8+ years of customer service will fit best.

Qualifications

• IT experience of at least 1.8 years.
• 2. at least 4 years SCCM or SMS experience.
• 3. at least 4 years PowerShell scripting in production.
• 4. 8 years customer service experience.
• 5. 10 years Troubleshooting experience.
• 6. 4 years networking knowledge including PING, NETSTAT, DHCP, DNS, NSLOOKUP.
• 7. 5 years Active Directory experience including ADUC.
• 8. Contributes to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
• 9. Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply 1.8 years IT experience to service desk tasks.
• Utilize SCCM or SMS for deployment and management.
• Write PowerShell scripts for automation in production.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems.
• Manage basic networking tasks (PING, NETSTAT, DHCP, DNS, NSLOOKUP).
• Administer Active Directory including ADUC.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
