Job summary

Altera Digital Health seeks an IT Service Management (Service Desk/Desktop Support) leader in Clayton, NC to drive day-to-day IT services for a hospital client, delivering responsive support across technical and application domains while meeting SLA and OLA commitments.

You will lead and coach teams, manage risk, optimize processes with automation, align service delivery with revenue and margin goals, and cultivate strong client relationships to sustain trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; 2-3 years at Senior level or equivalent.
• ~2 years experience in information technology management (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT service management for hospital clients.
• Support SLA/OLA delivery and operational stability.
