Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) seeks a cooperative Education Service Desk Assistant to support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and to assist with software troubleshooting. Co-ops rotate through roles from front desk staff to team lead, gaining exposure to a range of IT operations.

You'll join a culture that blends learning with hands-on work, pairing you with mentors and participating in regular training sessions.

Qualifications

• Co-ops pursuing degrees in CS or IT.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.
• Customer-service oriented and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide end-user software support and issue resolution.
• Assist with configuring hardware and preparing devices for evaluators.
• Help rotate through Service Desk roles as part of the program.
