Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to independently problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Field calls to arrange shop appointments.
• Use computer system to arrange for customers to bring in their vehicles.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by maximizing shop efficiency.
• Back-up cashier duties as needed.
• Operate and maintain office equipment (computer, calculator, fax, copier).
• Open and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
