Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Orlando, FL to deliver first-line technical support, configure user accounts, provision workstations, and maintain IT documentation. You will act as the Voice of IT, guiding stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.

Ideal candidates have IT operations experience, familiarity with Freshservice and Microsoft 365, and the ability to support executives. On-site role with occasional after-hours rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year or four-year degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in IT Operations
• Prior experience in power generation and/or a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical expertise and break-fix support
• Configure user accounts and provision workstations
• Document incidents and service requests in the ITSM toolkit
• Offer white-glove support for senior executives
• Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain and update IT Center of Excellence documentation
