Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (Mitsubishi Power) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Lake Mary, FL. You will deliver break-fix technical support, configure user accounts, provision workstations, and update inventory while maintaining IT documentation.

You will act as the Voice of the Customer within IT, capturing pain points and driving process improvements. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaborative problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including

Qualifications

Accredited two-year or four-year degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one year of experience in IT Operations, including internship experience.
Prior experience in power generation and/or a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line IT support and break-fix for technology consumers across the organization.
Configure user accounts and provision workstations.
Update inventory and maintain documentation in the ITSM toolkit.
Offer white-glove support for senior executives.
Own issues and drive resolution with stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle.
Document incidents and escalate appropriately for faster recovery.
Maintain standard workstation images and application packages.
Orient and train new IT team members on systems and procedures.
Troubleshoot and administer IT equipment including printers, copiers, phones, and monitors.
