Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver frontline technical support, configure user accounts, provision workstations, update inventory, and maintain documentation for IT services.

As the Voice of the Customer, you will document pain points, suggest process improvements, and provide professional, calm assistance to all users, including executives, across the IT organization.

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year or four-year degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year IT Operations experience.
• Prior experience in power generation and/or a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record, update, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM toolkit.
• Provide white glove support for senior executives.
• Take ownership of technical issues and drive resolution across stakeholders.
• Follow best-practice solutions to restore services promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate resources and communicate status.
