Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a Service Design Lead to own the full lifecycle of service design initiatives in a hybrid San Diego environment. You will envision and articulate compelling customer experiences aligned with business goals and drive stakeholder buy-in.

The role requires balancing multiple priorities, guiding diverse teams, and delivering strategic outcomes in a technology-driven setting. This is a 5‑month W2 contract in sunny San Diego, with a pay range of $65-$70 per hour.
