Job summary

MotoSport's dealership service department in Roanoke, VA is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to drive profitability, champion customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing technician team. You will own the department end-to-end from goal setting to warranty processing and interdepartmental coordination with Sales and Parts.

In the first year, you will hit monthly revenue and gross profit targets, reduce service cycle times, and establish a coaching rhythm with clear individual goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of coaching teams to meet revenue goals.
• Experience in powersports service departments or related automotive fields.
• Strong communication and decisiveness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a lean shop.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize all service department activities to hit goals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Parts for cross-functional success.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee technician scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure warranty processing, reporting, and budget adherence.
• Sustain a clean, safe, and efficient service area.
