Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Service Department, including dispatching, productivity, inventory management, billing, payroll administration, and technician development.
• Ensure efficient operations, profitability, and exceptional customer experience with a culture of safety and accountability.
• Analyze department productivity and performance metrics to improve efficiency and technician utilization.
• Coordinate service operations to ensure timely installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
