Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls in the Service Department and assists customers at the service counter.
• Schedules work, answers questions and Advises on repairs within guidelines.
• Starts repair orders, enters tech notes and parts on orders, gets manager approval.
• Coordinates promotions, clinics and other departmental events.
• Generates reports and completes related paperwork.
• Assists with payroll time reporting and attendance.
• Assists customers with loading/unloading equipment and coordinating deliveries.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area; back-ups the Service Manager as needed.
