• Process customer payments accurately.
• Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations and returns.
• Assist with Mobile Service and Pick up & Delivery scheduling and customer updates.
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.
• Work closely with advisors, technicians, and management to keep operations running efficiently.
