Qualifications

• Knowledge of building automation/monitoring and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and record calls, emails, and monitor platform alerts.
• Open, manage, and follow-up on tickets for all incoming requests.
• Provide 'smart hands' and 'smart feet' support for clients.
