We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager - US Remote to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage a staff of professional-level team members or oversee a team through lower-level supervisors
  • Work within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approaches to managing daily operations
  • Provide guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary
  • Manage day-to-day work supporting sub-components of the overall delivery solution
  • Contribute to the development of new techniques and plans within your area of expertise
  • Manage critical projects, customer engagements, or business processes
  • Guide the completion of major projects or customer engagements
  • Allocate work to team members; delegate clearly and confidently. Mentor team members
  • Collaborate across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer business priorities, strategy, and direction
  • Develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans with an understanding of NTT Data’s goals, customer requirements, and competitor practices
  • This position is fully remote, with the expectation to support the end client EST-MT as needed
Basic Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of client service delivery/leadership experience
  • Experience with Staff Augmentation
  • Compliance experience
