We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Senior Project Manager/ Engagement Manager - OCM - US Remote Position.

PLEASE NOTE - US CITIZENSHIP is a requirement for this position.

NTT DATA is searching for a ServiceNow - Senior Project Manager/Engagement Manager with OCM experience delivering large IT digital transformation projects to enterprise clients to join our highly skilled consulting team. You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements simultaneously – all while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Host client and internal project meetings and own project communications
  • Manage project team performance, resource planning, and forecasting, including project status and timecard reporting
  • Update project plans and participate in user story grooming and sprint planning
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and minimize variances while upholding NTT methodology
  • Facilitate scoping and change order processes, safeguarding CSAT through the project lifecycle and conducting lessons learned reviews
  • Research, test, and gather input before responding to clients or internal queries
  • Lead large, transformative engagements
  • Experience managing projects using Agile or SCRUM frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of consulting/IT experience working in a ServiceNow environment
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Project Management/Engagement Management
