We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager - US Remote to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors
2. Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations
3. Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary
4. Manages day-to-day work in support of sub-components of the overall delivery solution
5. Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise
6. Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes
7. Guides completion of major projects or customer engagements
8. Allocates work to team members; delegates clearly and comfortably. Mentors team members
9. Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion
10. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer’s business priorities, strategy and direction
11. Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans. In-depth understanding of NTT Data’s goals, customer requirements, and competitor practices
12. This position is a fully remote position, with the expectation to work fluidly as needed supporting the end client EST-MT.

Basic Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ Years client service delivery/leadership experience
2. Must have Staff Augmentation experience
3. Must have Compliance experience

Highly Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. Advanced knowledge, understanding, and application of project management principles and methodologies
2. Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
3. Advanced influencing and communication skills
4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
5. Quality budgeting, business financial, and P&L skills
