Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the delivery relationship for one or more customers in the United States. You will be accountable for all delivery services (shared, remote and/or dedicated) and delivery costs to the Customer Executive.

You will oversee service management processes, ensure SLAs and OLAs are met, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. This role requires strong leadership in on-site teams and cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 3-7 years of experience.
• Extensive experience managing customer and supplier relationships, with confidence to engage stakeholders.
• Broad working knowledge of IT systems across environments.
• Strong account and delivery skills with sales support in IT/product areas.
• Strategic and tactical account support and service delivery capabilities.
• Problem solving with focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Owns the delivery relationship for one or more customers.
• Directly accountable for all delivery services and costs to the Customer Executive.
• Lead service management and improvements across SLAs, CSAT, forecasts and reporting.
• Forecast demand for services and costs; monitor and mitigate service issues.
• Escalate as needed and drive continuous service delivery improvements.
• Prepare status and availability reports for customers and management.
