Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the United States (New Jersey) to own the delivery relationship for one or more customers and be accountable for all Delivery services and cost to the Customer Executive.

The role includes managing on-site deskside teams, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance, and driving continuous improvement across service delivery and operations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 3–7 years of related experience, strong customer/supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3–7 years of related experience.
Extensive experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
Strong knowledge of a broad range of IT systems.
Excellent account and delivery skills with sales support in IT/product areas.
Strong strategic and tactical account management abilities.
Problem-solving abilities with focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery performance and ensure SLAs are met.
Manage an on-site deskside services team.
Provide leadership to support business operations, growth, transformation.
Ensure OLAs and SLAs align with third-party supplier agreements.
Forecast demand and cost by account.
Escalation point for process owners and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare status reports and monthly availability reports for customers and management.
