Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own delivery relationships for one or more customers and be accountable for all delivery services and costs. The role covers on-site deskside leadership, SLAs, CSATs, forecasts, and reporting to Customer Executives.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or 3–7 years of related experience, with strong accounts management and delivery skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Extensive experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Broad working knowledge of IT systems.
• Strong account and delivery skills with IT/product categories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery performance to customers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage an on-site team of deskside services associates.
• Provide leadership for service management to support business operations and transformation.
• Ensure OLA/SLA and third-party agreements align with contracted timeframes.
• Forecast service demand and costs by account.
• Mitigate service failures and improve quality.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate breaches of SLAs and implement preventive solutions.
• Prepare status reports and monthly availability reports for customers and management.
