Job summary

BeyondReach, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator II to join its Delivering Solutions team. The role reports to the Director of Service Delivery and is exempt.

The candidate will drive project plans, coordinate teams, manage schedules, and support the budgeting process while building strong relationships across matrixed teams. Industry certifications are preferred, with 3 years' experience typical for this level.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience preferred in project Delivery/Coordination.
• Industry standard technology certifications.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules within project objectives and ensure quality.
• Develop work plans, resource plans, communications, deliverables, status reports and budgets as needed.
• Coordinate project plans and team assignments; monitor work and escalate issues.
