Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Texas seeks an Operations Manager to help meet client SLA and internal metrics. You will drive people management, Kaizen and continuous improvement, and cultivate a solution mindset to optimize service delivery.

You will supervise and coach team leaders and managers, align operations with client requirements, and contribute to reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
