Job summary

HCLTech in Santa Clara, CA seeks a design leader to oversee the design team, set design standards, and contribute to design strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals and drive impact across products and services.

In this role, you will guide a team of designers, ensure high-quality design solutions, present concepts to stakeholders, establish guidelines, and stay ahead of industry trends to foster innovation and excellence.

Job description

To oversee the design team, set design standards, contribute to the design strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• To collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into software/product development.
• To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
• To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
