Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Operations PMO professional to manage day-to-day business operations and governance across teams in a dynamic, global environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to track performance, drive process standardisation, and support delivery through structured planning and coordinated execution, while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timely issue resolution.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and PMO activities, ensuring alignment with defined processes and organisational priorities.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project tracking and governance routines, ensuring timely updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of operational plans and delivery milestones.
• Drive standardisation of processes, reporting frameworks, and operational artefacts across teams.
• Support planning cycles, including resource planning, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication across teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
