Sabre Corporation is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join the global Customer Delivery team. You will guide travel agencies through technical onboarding, system configuration and platform conversion, serving as the primary customer-facing operational expert to drive end-to-end delivery success.

You will validate requirements, lead training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while embracing a proactive approach to change management and travel industry initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on GDS experience (Sabre preferred).
• Minimum 3 years managing technical implementations and customer-facing consulting in travel.
• Proven track record delivering customer training and floor-walking/virtual support.
• Experience with IT/ networking concepts and productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel for onboarding, training and project initiatives.

Delivery Specialist - Customer Delivery

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our global Customer Delivery team, where innovation knows no borders. This team powers the seamless onboarding and migration of travel agencies to Sabre’s core platforms and solutions. It bridges operational workflows and technical integration to ensure customer partnerships thrive from day one. As a Delivery Specialist, you will guide travel agencies through technical onboarding, system configuration and platform conversion. You will serve as the primary customer-facing operational expert, validating requirements and driving end-to-end delivery success. This role requires strong technical problem-solving, project discipline and a proactive approach to leading travel agents through operational change.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer conversion projects end to end, defining project scope with client and account teams while ensuring on-time delivery of technical tasks.
• Validate agency requirements, install and configure standard Sabre products, and support third-party and Sabre end-to-end integration testing.
• Design customized training programs and provide virtual, onsite and floor-walking assistance to ensure smooth platform adoption.
• Build strong agency relationships, managing change with empathy to guide agents through workflow transitions.
• Collaborate across regional teams, support groups and operational verticals while leveraging automation and modern tools to streamline delivery processes.

What you’ll bring

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on GDS experience (Sabre preferred), with expertise in end-to-end travel workflows, troubleshooting, APIs and Web Services.
• Minimum 3 years managing technical implementations, customer-facing consulting and solution design in the travel sector.
• Proven track record delivering customer training programs, providing floor-walking/virtual support and building trust across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, navigate matrixed/multicultural environments, and work with tools such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace and general IT/networking concepts.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for onboarding, training and project initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or Computer Science.
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or French.
• Experience leading or contributing to project management initiatives.
• Familiarity with Corporate or Leisure travel agency workflows.
