Responsibilities

Own Customer Service Coordination from initiation to completion.

Ensure scheduling and dispatch readiness with proper information.
Support small service installations and related procurement.
Monitor service health, aging tickets, and recurring issues.
Maintain accurate ERP, CRM, and service records.
