Job summary

Airbus Cyber Security is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Newport-based team. You will drive data analytics, monitor SLAs, and support contract obligations in a fast-paced cyber security environment, with full training provided where needed.

Reporting to the Support Programme Manager, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, optimise processes, and contribute to continuous improvement while benefiting from a 37-hour week and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, metrics and producing detailed reports or graphical data to track service performance and SLAs.
• Experience in service delivery coordination, administrative support, or task management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience identifying operational efficiencies and making constructive suggestions to improve team processes and work practices.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years to be able to obtain SC Security Clearance

LOCATION: Newport, South Wales (with some hybrid working available subject to our Hybrid Working Policy)

Airbus Cyber Security is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our expanding Support Team in Newport.

Reporting directly to the Support Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring we seamlessly meet our customer contract obligations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to drive data analytics, monitor service levels, and implement continuous process improvements within a fast-paced environment (with full training provided in key areas where necessary).

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Conduct data analytics and collate complex information to create comprehensive reports, metrics, and graphical data.
• Measure and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure strict adherence to customer contracts and service expectations.
• Coordinate regular, essential administrative and support tasks required to maintain compliance across cyber programmes.
• Make constructive suggestions to continuously improve internal processes, reporting tools, and team work practices.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain high standards of customer support while adapting rapidly to the evolving needs of a fast-paced cyber security environment.

ABOUT YOU
