Welcome to the operational foundation of Airbus Facilities Management & Real Estate (FMRE). Based at our historic Broughton site, our team provides the governance, data, and processes that underpin how we manage our business across all three Airbus divisions (Commercial, Defence & Space, and Helicopters).

Working directly with the Head of Performance Management, you won’t just be shadowing—you will coordinate your own activities and projects, collaborate closely with international stakeholders, and be fully supported in discovering and developing your own unique leadership style and personal development plan.

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
