Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to turn revenue cycle data into actionable insights. You’ll work with Epic Clarity, PB knowledge, and SQL to develop reporting that informs Customer Operations and client stakeholders.

You’ll analyze charge lag, coding accuracy and denial trends, deliver client-ready reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in provider productivity and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of PB revenue cycle operations: charge capture, coding, denials, A/R follow-up, and RVU reporting.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data; strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data.
• Apply Epic Clarity and PB knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into client-ready reports and insights for diverse audiences.
• Partner with teams and clients on reporting and analytics needs.

You'll use revenue cycle knowledge, Epic Clarity, and SQL to develop reporting, identify trends, and support Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently on defined priorities while partnering with senior team members on more complex analytics and recommendations.What you'll doBuild and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery prioritiesUse SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle dataApply Epic Clarity and professional/physician billing (PB) knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denialsSupport physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reportingAnalyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trendsTranslate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiencesSupport account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunitiesPerform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistencyTrack follow-up actions and support execution against recommendationsPartner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needsWhat we're looking for4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, coding, claim edits, denials, A/R follow-up, payment posting, provider productivity, and RVU reportingExperience working with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing dataStrong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and transformationsExperience with relational databases and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BIAbility to analyze operational data and translate findings into meaningful insightsComfortable communicating findings to internal stakeholders and clientsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred qualificationsEpic Resolute Professional Billing or Clarity Data Model certificationExperience with provider productivity, RVU, or compensation reportingExperience with SnowflakeFamiliarity with stored procedures or T-SQLClient-facing analytics or service delivery experienceWhat success looks likeFirst 30 days: Build familiarity with R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic while delivering accurate, timely work.By 90 days: Own defined reporting and analytics deliverables, produce reliable client-ready reporting, identify meaningful operational trends, and become a dependable analytics partner to internal and client stakeholders.For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year .
