Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to drive analytics across revenue cycle operations and client delivery.

You will turn complex data into actionable insights using Epic Clarity, SQL, and Power BI, partnering with Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client stakeholders to surface trends and opportunities. The role emphasizes independent analysis, credible recommendations, and mentorship to grow the analytics function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue cycle analytics or similar roles.
• Strong healthcare revenue cycle knowledge (billing, A/R, denials).
• Hands-on Epic Clarity knowledge, Resolute/Hospital Billing preferred.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, aggregations and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake and relational databases.
• Ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

This is not a traditional reporting role; you'll operate independently, make credible recommendations, and help shape how analytics support operational and client success.What you'll doBuild, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery prioritiesUse advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environmentsApply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvement opportunitiesTranslate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiencesConduct account and performance reviews that surface actionable opportunitiesPerform rigorous QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and credibilityOwn follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations — not just analysisServe as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterpartsContribute thought leadership and mentorship to grow the broader analytics functionWhat we're looking for8+ years of professional experience, with strong background in revenue cycle and analytics-driven rolesStrong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting)Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital BillingAdvanced SQL skills — complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query designExperience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BIProven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insightsTrack record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clientsStrong attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred qualificationsEpic Resolute Hospital Billing certificationData modeling experience in SnowflakeFamiliarity with stored procedures / T-SQLPrior client-facing analytics or service delivery experienceExperience mentoring analysts or building team capabilitiesWhat success looks likeFirst 30 days: Ramp up on R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic. Establish trust through accurate outputs and responsiveness.By 90 days: Independently own meaningful deliverables, produce client-ready reporting with minimal oversight, identify trends that drive operational value, and serve as a trusted partner to internal and client stakeholders.For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,478.00 - $96,885.29 per year .
