Job summary

Kempower Oyj is seeking a Service Data Analyst to run the commercial and analytical engine behind field service, supply chain, and telemetry data. You will own the service P&L truth, automate fragmented workflows across Epicor Kinetic and Databricks, and build supply-demand models for our EV charging network.

Responsibilities include reconciling revenue, analyzing P&L leakage, and presenting findings to leadership; querying Databricks SQL to integrate telemetry with Jira and Epicor data; and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business, operations, or financial analysis in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Deep Epicor Kinetic expertise with purchasing and inventory.
• Strong SQL (Databricks/Spark) and Python (pandas/PySpark).
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros/VBA) and familiarity with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Own service financials and profitability; reconcile revenue and LOB P&L leakage.
• Turn telemetry into insight by querying Databricks SQL; combine data sources.
• Build inventory burn-rate models and manage Epicor Kinetic PO workflows.
• Automate processes with Power Automate, Python, and SQL; phase out Excel macros.
