Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE in Columbus, OH seeks a Service Coordinator - West to provide administrative and support services to the Engineering Services Group, including file management, data analysis, and reporting control. You will serve as the single point of contact for service incidents in the Eastern Region, manage service tickets, invoicing, and renewal of contracts, and assist with revenue forecasting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–4 years admin experience, and strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Fluent English (oral and written) required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

The Opportunity....

The Service Coordinator - West provides a wide variety of administrative and support services to the Engineering Services Group, company, project or other organizational units, including file and record maintenance, data management, analysis, and reporting/document control.

You will make an impact by….

• Perform as the single point of contact for Service’s incidents for internal and external customers for the Eastern Region.
• Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, compile data, and assemble reports.
• Responsible for project and technical services resources through support and monitoring.
• Invoicing / billing for service work performed.
• Assisting with Service revenue forecasting and tracking revenue-impacting activities
• Managing the renewal of service contracts to support continued revenue and customer retention.
• Creating and managing service tickets for the field service team to ensure work is completed and hours worked are accurately captured.
• A shared resource with other departments as directed by immediate supervisor.
