This role is responsible for facilitating effective communication between staff, patients, and families to ensure timely relay of patient-related information. Duties include managing the paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations. The position also involves inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate medical records by entering data, preparing charts, and processing service orders. Additionally, the role supports quality improvement initiatives and promotes professional development through continuous learning and accountability.

Position Requirements

• Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
• Minimum Experience: Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
• Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience. Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Compensation: 15.45 - 19.68 Hourly. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
