Catholic Charities Boston maintains records for adoptions facilitated by the agency throughout the last 70+ years. Members of the adoption constellation (adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, biological family members) can request certain services from the agency regarding the records associated with their adoption cases. Post-Adoption Services oversees adoption records and facilitates the delivery of these services.
The Post-Adoption Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing adoption records and facilitating services requested by members of the adoption constellation. This includes receiving and processing all applications for Post-Adoption Services and communicating with applicants, while also complying with all federal and state confidentiality laws.

The base pay range reflects what Catholic Charities reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation in this range may be determined based on other factors, including but not limited to work experience, education and specialty training.
