This role is responsible for facilitating effective communication between staff, patients, and families to ensure timely relay of patient-related information. Duties include managing the paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations. The position also involves inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate medical records by entering data, preparing charts, and processing service orders. Additionally, the role supports quality improvement initiatives and promotes professional development through continuous learning and accountability.
Required: High School Diploma Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience. Experience with EPIC is preferred.
15.45 - 19.68 Hourly
