Experience
  1. Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians for service and installations to maximize productivity.
  2. Create work orders, provide status updates to customers, and follow up with technicians.
  3. Ensure work orders are completed and/or closed by reviewing notes and following up on pending items.
  4. Complete contract and QC paperwork.
  5. Schedule subcontractor work.
  6. Coordinate with technicians to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  7. Maintain appointment schedules.
  8. Order and receive materials and equipment; issue to technicians.
  9. Complete daily reports.
  10. Assist in coordinating activities such as scheduling, customer notification, and procurement.
  11. Conduct physical inventory.
  12. Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits varies based on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
