Qualifications

• Experience locating resources and services for at-risk populations.
• Ability to manage goals and coordinate services across providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants and families to gather information on supports, child care, housing, barriers, and goals.
• Set life goals with clients and develop measurable plans with monthly reviews.
• Develop Program Service Plans with BEP/Partner4Work team and approved timelines.
