Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Service Coordinator for the EARN/Work Ready program to provide strength-based, holistic case management for participants and their families.

You will assess needs, set goals, plan services with BEP/Partner4Work, coordinate resources, document progress, and advocate for clients within BEP guidelines. Regular, full-time position with occasional travel and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 4+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with required years of experience.
• Experience locating resources and services for at‑risk and/or vulnerable populations.
• Background checks and valid clearances required prior to first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants and families using approved tools and BEP policies.
• Set goals with participants and establish Monthly Planning Meetings.
• Develop a Program Service Plan with BEP/Partner4Work and other providers.
• Coordinate services and advocate for participants with internal and external partners.
• Maintain client records and follow BEP and Partner4Work guidelines.
• Follow guidelines and communicate expectations to site management.
