National Church Residences is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to support the Divinity Landing senior apartment community in Macedonia, OH. You will advocate for residents, coordinate programs, and connect residents with community services.

The role emphasizes liaison work with local providers, referrals, and resource development, ensuring responsive resident services and effective communication with families and staff.

Identify low-cost service providers and/or negotiate discounts.Engage all residents in the building(s) to identify areas of need and make referrals to community agencies when necessaryDevelop a Resource Directory that includes a listing of state and/or local service providersSponsor educational events that include subjects relating to health care, agency support, life skills and referral sources.Provide quality customer service to all residents, addressing concerns and assisting with basic needsAssist residents in acquiring and utilizing desired community services such as housekeeping, meals, transportation, personal services, financial assistance, day care counselingMonitor, document, and relay any feedback or concerns from residents and their familiesManage relationships, both internally and externally exercising appropriate communication and interpersonal skillsQualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
