Job summary

TWC Services Inc. is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and cooking equipment services. We are hiring a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate service requests, scheduling, and client support to ensure top-quality service delivery.

0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience.
High School Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

Dispatches service technicians; updates call schedule and ensures timely service delivery.
Maintains good client relations and communicates with clients and supervisors.
Coordinates monthly Preventative Maintenance Scheduling and understands client requirements.
Gathers information from service technicians, logs work orders, and supports parts/procurement as needed.
