Job summary

Lee Mechanical is seeking a Service Coordinator to support day-to-day service operations in Franklin, WI. This role acts as the main liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams, coordinating service requests, scheduling field staff, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure timely, professional service.

Preferred candidates have experience in a service-based mechanical or construction environment and may benefit from fire protection knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requesting service.
• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer questions and requests.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls with customers and field personnel.
• Communicate scheduling information, changes, and service updates.
• Create, process, and maintain service work orders and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activity.
• Coordinate with field technicians and internal departments to keep service work moving efficiently.
• Process service-related forms, reports, applications, and other documentation.
• Assist with inspection reports, maintenance agreements, and other recurring service documentation as needed.
• Help resolve customer questions and service-related concerns.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer and service records.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the service process.
• Support the service team with additional administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed
