BearCom is a leading wireless communication solutions provider. We seek a Service Coordinator in Elmhurst, IL to manage emergency and routine service requests, coordinate field resources, and maintain meticulous call logs.

Your strong communication and data-entry skills will help ensure timely, high-quality service for customers. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, customer-service oriented and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven relevant experience.
• Type 35 wpm, with data entry experience.
• Knowledge of emergencies procedures and guidelines.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must follow procedures and assist with refinements.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record all significant information.
• Address problems by transmitting information or providing a solution.
• Receive and schedule resources for trouble calls and service projects.
• Use radio, phone or computer to send crews to locations.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs of calls and activities.
• Provide in-route and follow-up calls to customers as part of service.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Wireless communication systems include complex radio systems for public safety and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, self-motivated, customer service driven, possess a willingness to learn and be reliable.
