You will greet customers, write repair orders, coordinate workflows, keep clients informed, and help drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced marine dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a service coordinator or service writer in a dealership: marine, RV, powersports, or automotive is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of boats, marine engines, electrical systems, or related equipment is a plus.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working with computers and dealership/service management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and professionally assess their service and repair needs.
• Write up accurate repair orders, and clearly document customer concerns.
• Coordinate workflow between technicians and parts department to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, timeliness, and updates to customers.
• Review completed work with customers and explain repairs and maintenance performed.
• Follow up with customers upon service completion and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, ensure all work is properly documented, warranty documentation, and dealership compliance paperwork.
• Schedule and prioritize technician workloads to maximize shop efficiency.
• Promote preventative maintenance and additional services when appropriate.

Marine Outlet Inc is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing marine service department in Temple, TX.
